How Do I Prepare for a Crystal Healing Session ?​
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can lay down in, as you will remain fully clothed & on top of a massage table if in person. For crystal healings try to avoid clothing that has zippers, buttons, collars or anything that a crystal may not lay flat on top of. Let's also respect each other's space and make sure our hygiene is acceptable for sharing a close space together, this means making sure to have a clean body & clean clothing on. Drink lots of water! The more hydrated you are the less likely you are to feel light headed after your session. Water supports the healing energy that flows through your body, the more of it you have, the more your body is primed to receive the healing.
